The Report on Money’s products, services, materials are to be used for the client’s internal use and benefit only and may not be disclosed, disseminated or distributed to any other party, except as Report on Money agrees otherwise in writing. The user agrees not to circumvent any encryption or otherwise gain access to the Company’s property for which he or she has not been expressly granted the appropriate rights of access. See section 2 for more details. The client represents and agrees that any information, content or other materials provided or transmitted by the client to Report on Money or its licensees, licensors, or third party information providers or entered or uploaded by client to Report on Money will not (a) violate any local, state, federal or other law or regulation, or (b) contain libelous, defamatory, disparaging, or pornographic content.

2. Copyright and License of Product

The products are the property of Report on Money and as such are protected by U.S., Canadian and international copyright law and conventions. Users acknowledge that access to the products and services is limited to the license terms set forth herein and any expansion must be in writing. The granting of the license to access and use the products is conditioned on users’ agreement not to disclose, copy, disseminate, redistribute, or publish a product, or any portion of or excerpts of a product to any other party.

User shall have the right to use the products solely for its own internal information purposes. Reproduction of the products in any form or by any means is forbidden without Report on Money’s written permission, including but not limited to:

A. recordings and retransmittals over any network;
B. information and storage retrieval systems
C. posting and product to any other online service (including bulletin boards or the Internet) or;
D. use in any timesharing, service bureau, bulletin board or similar arrangement or public display;
E. sublicensing, leasing, selling, offering for sale or assigning of the product.
i. Users agree to maintain all copyright, trademark and other notices of the product.
ii. Users agree that they shall not use Report on Money’s name or any excerpts from the products in the promotion of their products or services.

3. Proprietary Rights

Ownership of all copyrights and other proprietary rights in the services, materials, and network are retained by Report on Money, and third party information providers.

4. Users

All users must be authorized to use Report on Money’s products and services. Users must be employees, consultants or independent contractors of the client. Users who are consultants or independent contractors must agree to use the materials and services exclusively for the benefit of the client. Users must maintain and protect the confidentiality of any password.

5. Term

All “subscription” products have a one year term. At the end of that year we will contact you to discuss renewal of said subscriptions. The provisions regarding accuracy of information and warranty, indemnification and third party rights shall survive.

6. Changes

The Company may change or discontinue any aspect of its websites at any time, including content or features. We also reserve the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to use of the site. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon notice. Use of the products after notice shall be deemed to be acceptance by user of such changes.

7. Accuracy of Information and Warranty

The information contained in the products has been obtained from sources believed to be reliable. Report on Money disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of such information. The user assumes sole responsibility for the selection of the products to achieve its intended results. The opinions expressed in the products are subject to change without notice. Although Report on Money takes reasonable steps to screen products for infection by viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code manifesting contaminating or destructive properties before making the products available, Report on Money cannot guarantee that any product will be free of infection.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Report on Money be liable for:
• Damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business interruption and loss of programs or information) arising out of the use or inability to use Report on Money’s website or the products, or any information provided on the website, or in the products.
• Any claim attributable to errors, omissions or other inaccuracies in the product or interpretations thereof.

9. Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Report on Money, its affiliates, licensors, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of the use of the products by user or user’s account.

10. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Company Website contains links to third-party websites. The linked sites are not under the control of Report on Money and Report on Money is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Report on Money provides these links only as a convenience, and the inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement of the linked site by Report on Money.
